At Kelowna Veterinary Hospital, we understand the importance of having quick and easy access to your pet’s medications. That’s why we offer a comprehensive pharmacy with all the common medications your pet may need, including antibiotics, pain relief, flea and tick treatments, and more. We can dispense medication with a valid prescription, ensuring your pet receives the right treatment for their health condition.
To make things even more convenient, we offer a 48-hour notice for prescription refills. Simply reach out to us ahead of time, and we’ll have your pet’s medication ready for you. For even easier management, we encourage you to download the Pet Desk app to request and manage your prescriptions from your phone. You can also call or text us directly for any medication requests or refills.
We take pride in maintaining a high standard of care for all pets under our supervision. As part of our commitment to ensuring your pet’s health is continually monitored, we will only fill prescriptions for up to 12 months after your last vet visit. If it’s been over a year since your last exam, we’ll need to schedule a wellness exam before we can refill your prescription.
