How much does a vet visit cost?
We believe in transparency. You can view a breakdown of our most common services and pricing here:
Every pet is unique, so if you’re unsure what your pet might need, we’re happy to provide a personalized estimate.
Do you offer anesthesia-free dentistry?
No, we do not.
Anesthesia-free dental cleanings may seem less invasive, but they do not allow for thorough examination or treatment below the gum line, where most dental disease occurs. For your pet’s safety and health, we only perform dental procedures under general anesthesia, which ensures a complete and pain-free cleaning, assessment, and treatment. What if I have a concern or complaint?
We welcome feedback. If you have a concern about your experience, please reach out directly to our Practice Manager, Charlotte Fahy. Your voice matters.
How do I know if my pet needs urgent care?
If you’re unsure whether your pet’s condition is urgent, try our Pet Health Checker, an online tool that can help guide your next step.
If you’re still concerned, please call us right away. If we have availability, we may be able to offer same-day urgent care.
Do you see exotic pets?
Yes, we do. Our team is experienced in caring for a range of exotic pets, including reptiles, hedgehogs, rodents, hamsters, and other small mammals.
Please note: we do not treat wild birds, due to ongoing avian flu concerns and provincial health regulations.
If you’re unsure whether we can help with your exotic pet, feel free to give us a call—we’re happy to advise.
Do you offer nutrition advice?
Yes. Our Registered Veterinary Technologist offers personalized nutrition assessments for $35. This is ideal if your pet needs support with weight management, food sensitivities, or choosing the right veterinary diet.
Do you accept new clients?
Yes, we’re currently accepting new patients. We’d love to get to know you and your pet.
Can I tour the clinic before booking an appointment?
Absolutely. We’re proud of our welcoming environment and are happy to offer clinic tours by request. Please contact us to arrange a time.
Who will be caring for my pet?
Our team includes experienced two veterinarians, technologists, technicians, and support staff—led by a business manager. We’re committed to compassionate, thoughtful, and fear-free care.
